Dr. Andrea Yost, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Andi is a native West Virginian. She and Luke are so proud to be rooted in the “Mountain State” and community of Morgantown. In high school, she took a sign language class and learned about professions that work with the deaf and hard of hearing. She went to college knowing she wanted to help people with their hearing. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology and her Doctorate of Audiology from West Virginia University. Dr. Andi is also certified in Gerontology and Disability Studies. She taught college level audiology courses and supervised audiology students in clinic for several years. Dr. Andi has been practicing audiology since 2012 in the area.
Dr. Andi believes that good communication is essential to all relationships. She values the relationships with patients and their individual better hearing journey. She wants to bridge the communication gap patients are feeling through their hearing loss. Patient care, compassion, guidance, education and encouragement are priority to her.
Dr. Andi feels blessed to be a part of patient’s lives helping them gain and restore communication and relationships with family and friends.
Dr. Andi is active in their community church and enjoys serving as well. She loves spending WVU Mountaineer Gamedays with her husband, Luke, and son, Porter and extended family and friends. Additionally, her family enjoys hiking, traveling and cooking together.
Luke Yost
Clinic Operations & Development Director
Luke was born & raised in the great state of West Virginia. He graduated from West Virginia University (WVU) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration - Finance, a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master’s of Science in Data Marketing Communications. Luke resides in Morgantown with his wife, Dr. Andi, and their son, Porter. Luke is so proud to partner with Dr. Andi to have a family-owned hearing health clinic serving the Morgantown, WV community and surrounding areas.
Luke plays a large role in all the clinic operations for Yost Hearing. Additionally, he oversees the development of Yost Hearing via advertising, marketing, etc. Luke also directs all the finances and HR of Yost Hearing.
Luke is a “die-hard” sports fan. The Yost family loves to celebrate the “Old Gold & Blue” on Gameday no matter where they may be. Luke is active in their community church and enjoys serving as well. Additionally, he and Andi love to entertain, BBQ, and cook. Last but not least, he also enjoys hiking & traveling with his friends and family.
Jessica Hartman
Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica became part of the Yost Hearing Team in January 2021. She graduated from Fairmont State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration – Marketing & Management. She previously worked as a branch office administrator in the financial services industry. Jessica lives in Mt. Morris, PA on her family farm with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, concerts, baking & cooking, and spending time with her large extended family.
Jessica was drawn to Yost Hearing because of the family-owned, personable, welcoming nature of the clinic. “I value being a part of this team and am excited to grow with Yost Hearing. It feels like home to me and I hope we make the patients feel that way too.”
