About

Jessica became part of the Yost Hearing family in January 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing & Management from Fairmont State University. Before joining Yost Hearing, Jessica worked as a branch office administrator in the financial services industry.

In 2023, Jessica began studying and training alongside Dr. Andi to expand her role. She became a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) in 2024 and has since successfully provided personalized hearing care to Yost Hearing patients. Jessica is passionate about helping patients find hearing solutions that fit their individual needs and supporting them throughout The Journey to Better Hearing.

Jessica lives on her family farm in Mt. Morris, PA, with her husband and has two daughters. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, baking and cooking, and spending time with her large extended family.

Today Jessica serves patients both as a familiar, welcoming face and as a hearing-care provider—whether exploring hearing-aid options, offering ongoing support, or guiding patients through every step of their care. Jessica is pure joy.
